- Information you enter in our free tools (Hail Check and Code Check), such as a property address, and the sign-up details for Code Check (name, company, email, cell).
- Basic technical data collected automatically by our website host (Wix) and similar services, such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, including through cookies.
How we use it
- To prepare estimates, supplements, appraisal and umpire services you request, and to communicate with you about them.
- To provide our free tools and send the reports you request.
- To send occasional emails about our estimating services if you opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying "unsubscribe."
- To operate, secure, and improve our website.
How we share it
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business (for example, website hosting, form delivery, email, and estimating software), when required by law, or with your direction (for example, delivering an estimate to you or the carrier you identify).
Third-party data sources
Our tools use public data from sources including the U.S. Census Bureau geocoder, NOAA/National Weather Service, and Esri imagery. Addresses you look up are sent to those services to return results.
Data retention and security
We keep information as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and use reasonable safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information by contacting us below. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time.
Children
Our site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13.
